Villa Annie and Villa Katerina are two private villas for rent, each with private swimming pool and garden area in Ciftlik, South West Turkey.
Villa Katerina has 5 bedrooms, Villa Annie has 3 bedrooms. Each villa has a similar layout, with a spacious living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. There is also a ground-floor toilet.
Upstairs, both villas have an ensuite double bedroom with balcony and twin bedroom with balcony and separate bathroom on the first floor. There is a further ensuite bedroom on the top floor.
Villa Katerina has a further ensuite twin bedroom plus an extra twin bedroom and separate bathroom in the basement. All rooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, the villas have wide terraces with barbecue area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views over sea and mountains and surrounding countryside. Steps lead down to swimming pools, 4m wide by 8m long, set in a garden area. There is space for off-road parking if needed to the front of the villas.
